International Orders

We are pleased to confirm that we are willing and able to accept orders and deliver to many countries. We can accept payments either by credit or debit card online, or by bank transfer.

The following conditions and procedures apply.

Payment by Credit or Debit Card

  1. Because of the increased incidence of attempted fraudulent transactions and the difficulties inherent in making international security checks, confirming addresses etc. we are unable to accept international credit/debit card payments by telephone; with the possible exception of orders from existing customers.
  2. Credit/debit card orders must be placed using our online shopping basket, this ensures that all possible security measures are taken. The payment is authorised immediately by the bank, but your card IS NOT DEBITED.
  3. We do not debit your card until we have reviewed the order, checked and confirmed accurate shipping costs with our shipping agents for the specific items you have ordered and if different from the online amount, contacted you to confirm you are happy for any changes to be made and give us your permission to complete the order. Please Note: If the shipping costs are correct and there are no other changes to be made, we will confirm by email that the order is being completed and debit the card.
  4. If for any reason other than attempted fraud, we are unable to accept your card payment, we will contact you and give you the option to complete the order by bank transfer.
  5. If you are a European member VAT registered business and wish your order to be Zero VAT rated, please provide your VAT NUMBER and REGISTERED ADDRESS in the “Special Delivery Instructions” section of our shopping basket. If we can verify your VAT Number we will refund the VAT. We will contact you before completing the order if there is any problem.
  6. Deliveries to some destinations outside Europe may require additional import/export documentation. We will contact you if there are any special requirements.

Payment by Bank Transfer

When we receive your order, we will send you a proforma invoice by email, fax or conventional mail as required. The proforma invoice will include all the necessary details for you to make the transfer and to complete the order. On receipt of the payment, we will ship the goods.

  1. Orders may be placed by email, fax, telephone (English only), in writing or online through our shopping basket.
  2. If ordering using our online shopping basket, please complete the basket as normal, but at the point where you would normally input your card details, click the “Switch to Offline Order button instead and we will receive your order then send you our proforma invoice.
  3. If ordering by any means other than our online shopping basket, please ensure you provide the product code, name, quantity required and expected costs of the items required. Please refer to our contact us page for address details etc.
  4. If you are a European member VAT registered business and wish your order to be Zero VAT rated, please provide your VAT NUMBER and REGISTERED ADDRESS in the “Special Delivery Instructions” section of our shopping basket. Shipping Costs

Our online shopping basket will include an approximate shipping cost for a single package up to a given weight (you must complete the address section first). As our sale items range from packet to pallet sizes and weights, the cost shown may be over or under the true cost dependant on what you have ordered.

On receipt of your order, we will first confirm the accurate shipping information and if the cost is less that the figure quoted in the basket, we will automatically amend the order amount and process the order. Alternatively, if the shipping costs are more than the figure quoted in the basket, we will contact you with full details and ask your permission to continue. If paying by credit card, the card is not debited until we have your permission to complete the order.

For deliveries outside Europe, there may be additional customs or other documentation required to comply with various import/export laws. Should you know in advance that you will require for example, a certificate of origin, please let us know and it will speed up the order process. Any such information can be typed in the “special delivery instructions” section of the shopping basket.
